As a Technical Leader, you will report to the Project Delivery Business Leader and collaborate closely with Regional Delivery Leaders to ensure the highest standards of technical quality and execution across all projects.
Your role includes defining and standardizing technical practices, driving QA/QC processes, and leading complex project oversight. You'll make a significant impact by embedding technical excellence within project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish discipline-specific technical standards and guidelines
• Lead resolution of technical issues and risk mitigation
• Support project teams by providing technical oversight
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions
• Participate in technical reviews, risk assessments, and design oversight
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership
• Proven expertise in infrastructure project delivery
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience working with digital tools and advanced engineering methods
