Motivo is seeking a passionate Senior Mechanical Engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will contribute to innovative projects, including complete vehicle engineering and advanced systems development. Your expertise in CAD and experience with multi-disciplinary teams will be crucial in delivering high-quality prototypes and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop complex systems across engineering disciplines
• Utilize CAD software for modeling and design tasks
• Generate detailed design and technical drawings
• Collaborate with teams for engineering support and builds
• Present results and recommendations to clients and teams
Requirements:
• BS in engineering; MS preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in automotive or engineering services
• Experience leading Formula SAE teams is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering efforts
• Strong communication skills and “Get it done” attitude
