This role demands a proactive individual skilled in failure analysis and electronic hardware systems. You will engage in hands-on testing and collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the Starship’s critical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed failure analysis on electronic hardware
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to improve reliability
• Monitor yield rates and initiate corrective measures
• Conduct robust environmental testing for quality assurance
• Document all failure analysis and corrective actions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering
• 1+ years of experience in reliability engineering
• Familiarity with PCBAs and environmental testing
• Proficiency in failure analysis tools and techniques
• Available for extended hours to meet project deadlines
