Key Responsibilities:

• Release test programs on Advantest V93000 Smart Scale

• Drive efficient DFT/DFM implementation with design architects

• Contribute to silicon bring-up and validation efforts

• Design CI/CD pipelines for effective testing processes

• Maintain a centralized test IP/reuse library

Requirements:

• 8+ years in analog ATE test engineering

• Expertise with Advantest V93000/Smar Test 8

• Proficient in Python for automation scripting

• Strong skills in CI/CD tools like Jenkins

• Knowledge of analog design measurement techniques
