Electrical Engineer

Seeking a detail-oriented and driven Electrical Engineer (EIT) to support the design and development of electrical systems for electrical applications. This role is ideal for someone with strong drafting and design skills.

• Design and develop electrical drawings for electrical systems including power distribution, local control panels, and single-line diagrams, VFDs and motor controls.
• Produce and revise electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layout drawings using CAD software.
• Ensure all designs meet standards, customer technical specifications, safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, customer technical representatives, and third-party equipment suppliers to support system integration.
• Maintain accurate documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during design and implementation phases.

$42 to 45 per hour range plus benefits program.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• EIT certification or eligibility.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Legally entitled to work permanently for any employer in Canada.
