Your role will include acting as Engineer of Record and fostering compliance across various systems.
As a Rail Systems Project Engineer, you'll lead the design, delivery, and governance of engineering projects in Canada. This position requires significant expertise in rail and transit systems, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and coordinating with stakeholders. You'll engage in documentation, field reviews, and quality management within the rail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Engineer of Record for approved projects
• Lead engineering design alongside the Technical Manager
• Manage design interfaces with customers and third parties
• Support project management and testing phases
• Prepare estimates and tender documentation
Requirements:
• Licensed P.Eng. in Ontario and BC, or eligible
• Senior-level design experience with rail systems
• Knowledge of public addressing and telephony systems
• Experience with life safety systems valued
• Proactive communication and multitasking skills
