They have global distribution of their product and machinery.
Responsibilities:

Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of mechanical engineers, technologists, and designers.

Review and approve comprehensive 3D models, detailed fabrication drawings, and accurate bills of materials (BOMs).
:
Oversee prototype creation, rigorous validation testing, and hands-on, in-plant commissioning support.
:
Convert complex customer process requirements into precise, executable equipment design specifications.
:
Scope projects, estimate costs, plan lead times, and author winning technical proposals.
:
Partner closely with fabrication, machining, and assembly teams to optimize designs for efficient production.
:
Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical challenges during the build, installation, and commissioning phases.
