Building Envelope Project Manager

In this full-time position with Rimkus, you will manage multiple building science projects, performing field investigations, assessment, and report preparation. Strong organizational skills are key as you'll coordinate client and contractor relationships while ensuring technical accuracy and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple building envelope projects concurrently

• Conduct field reviews and testing for accurate assessments

• Prepare and document technical reports and specifications

• Oversee quality assurance and contract compliance

• Act as the liaison between clients and project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field

• 5+ years of project management experience in building science

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong technical writing and communication skills

• Registered, or eligible, as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (P.Eng.)
