Hatch is building a talent pipeline for its upcoming hydropower projects. As a Senior Engineer, you will leverage your 15+ years of experience in engineering to manage projects, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure project safety and efficiency. Your leadership in mentoring junior staff will also play a key role in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage conceptual and construction phases of hydropower projects
• Lead design teams for high-performance project outcomes
• Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and budgets
• Address project execution issues as they arise
• Cultivate client relationships and develop business opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience
• Extensive background in dam safety and hydropower design
• Leadership in multi-disciplinary project management
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Licensed or eligible for Professional Engineer designation in BC
