Roadways Project Manager

Position: Roadways Project Manager at Arcadis
Arcadis is searching for a Senior Project Manager focused on Roadways Engineering in Western Canada. Oversee road and highway projects, ensuring exceptional quality and community benefit.
In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of complex engineering projects, including interchange and geometric improvements. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to maintain high technical standards while effectively managing project timelines and budgets. Your leadership will cultivate a performance-driven team that fosters both innovation and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex roadway design and reconstruction projects

• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project deliverables

• Develop detailed engineering design drawings and specifications

• Mentor technical teams and encourage professional growth

Requirements:

• Registration or degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering

• At least 10 years of relevant project management experience

• P.Eng. registration preferred

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D design tools

• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
