Electrical Engineer-in-Training

This role supports WSP's Water & Wastewater Infrastructure practice, critical for community safety and reliability. You'll be mentored by experienced professionals while gaining exposure to electrical, instrumentation, and controls design. Your contributions will shape the future of water treatment and management in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support EIC design for treatment plants and pumping stations
• Assist in power distribution and control system designs
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications
• Review tenders and contractor submissions
• Participate in field reviews and site inspections
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from UBC
• Registered EIT or eligible for Engineers and Geoscientists BC
• 2+ years of municipal water project experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and P&IDs
• Detail-oriented with time management skills
