Worley, a global consulting leader, is searching for an Intermediate Marine Structural Engineer for their Vancouver office. In this role, you will prepare detailed designs, project specifications, and conduct fieldwork. Your mentorship to junior engineers and collaboration with clients and contractors will be crucial for delivering high-quality marine terminal projects. Exceptional organizational skills are a must, along with a focus on safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare thorough analysis and design documents
• Create project-specific specifications and drawings
• Assist in the preparation of capital cost estimates
• Conduct field assessments and support construction activities
• Liaise with clients and regulatory agencies regularly
Requirements:
• Degree in civil engineering; master’s degree preferred
• 8 to 15 years of marine structural engineering experience
• Registered professional engineer in British Columbia
• Expertise in designing docks and piers
• Proficient in structural analysis software
