Position: Estimator Role in Hatch's PDG

Hatch is looking for an Estimator with five to ten years of experience in first-principle estimating, especially within large-scale projects. This role requires the delivery of accurate estimates aligned with best practices and effective use of tools. Strong MS Office skills and site experience are a must for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze scope, deliverables, and execution schedules

• Provide accurate estimates following established standards

• Compute direct and indirect costs for accuracy

• Enhance and monitor the estimating database regularly

• Understand and implement the estimation plan
Requirements:

• 5-10 years in first-principle estimating environment

• Proficient in MS Office and relevant estimating systems

• Direct site experience with knowledge of D.F.L

• Familiarity with EPC/LSTK techniques is a plus

• Experience in cross-border estimating preferred
