Key Responsibilities:

• Create and coordinate comprehensive estimation plans

• Develop E&I Material Take-Offs for key electrical components

• Review estimates and assist junior estimators in development

• Maintain and update unit-rate databases for accuracy

• Collaborate to align cost assumptions and ensure estimate completeness
Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of estimating or project controls experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage details in a timely manner

• Strong communication combined with technical skills

• Familiarity with Cost Competitive Execution practices

• Active engagement in estimating professional communities preferred
