Drive impactful water delivery projects with California Water Service as the Wells Program Manager. Shape the future of potable water supply through innovative program management.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of well project delivery across California, focusing on efficiency and quality. Your responsibility will include developing and managing a centralized program strategy, while leading a team of engineers and consulting resources. Ensure that every project meets strict timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create long-term plans for well construction and replacement
• Work with relevant departments to support project justifications
• Report on delivery efficiency and program KPIs regularly
• Manage a team, prioritizing and addressing performance issues
• Lead the evolution of well delivery standards and practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Geology, or a similar field
• At least eight years in engineering and project management
• State registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) required
• Experience managing teams is desired
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills necessary
