Your role emphasizes risk management and collaboration, ensuring alignment in technical approaches across regions and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish discipline-specific technical standards and oversee QA/QC processes
• Guide teams on complex project challenges and ensure technical oversight
• Collaborate with delivery leadership for effective project execution
• Support resource planning and integration of technical capabilities
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Over 15 years of experience in Land Development
• Proven technical leadership in complex projects
• Strong ability to influence and engage across teams
• Familiarity with digital tools and innovative practices
