Position: Production Engineer for Transition to Mining

This role is permanent and entails working closely with Mine Operations and Technical Services. As an experienced leader, you will develop mine production schedules, manage operational optimization, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage short- and long-term production activities

• Ensure seamless mine development to production transition

• Prepare performance reports and forecasts for leadership

• Review mining sequences and extraction plans

• Identify improvements for productivity and safety

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering

• At least 7 years of relevant experience

• P.Eng. registration preferred

• Proficiency with mining software tools

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
