The Senior Process Engineer will report to the Head of Process Engineering and lead product yield enhancement. Responsibilities include process optimization, material design, and support for scale-up production. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise to address manufacturing challenges and drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize production line processes and monitor critical parameters

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency

• Provide on-site technical support to QA teams

• Oversee technology transfer from lab to mass production

• Conduct failure analysis to improve battery performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science or Chemical Engineering

• 3+ years in anode material process engineering

• Expertise in synthesis and surface modification

• Familiarity with statistical process control methodologies

• Excellent communication skills in English
