Pomerleau is seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join its Methods and Temporary Works Design team. You will manage geotechnical aspects during both preconstruction and execution phases, ensuring quality and safety in compliance with industry standards. Collaboration with engineers and technicians will be essential to provide optimal solutions for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate geotechnical submittals and engineering documentation

• Lead meetings and manage Requests for Information

• Ensure compliance checks for geotechnical structures

• Collaborate with experts for onsite and lab testing

• Develop geotechnical models based on best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering

• 10+ years of relevant design and construction experience

• Familiarity with construction site environments

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license eligible

• Experience with seismic design is an asset
