In this pivotal role within WSP's Buildings team, you'll take charge of diverse electrical engineering projects, guiding them from concept to successful delivery. Your responsibilities include managing scope, resources, and client expectations while ensuring quality and sustainability. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers to foster growth and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead electrical engineering projects ensuring timeline and budget compliance
• Oversee design development for various building systems
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-performing solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and support their development
• Build strong client relationships for project success
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience in project management and delivery
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in BC
• Strong knowledge of Canadian electrical codes and standards
• Ability to obtain Enhanced Reliability Security clearance
