Controls Project Engineering Leader

Take charge as a Project Leader Engineering I - Controls, emphasizing automated control systems design and implementation. Significant technical proficiency in control systems is required for this pivotal role.

This position entails providing leadership in various project phases—planning, design, and implementation. With at least 10 years of experience in control systems and project management, you will ensure quality, reliability, and timely completion of projects while overseeing subcontractor activities.

Your role is crucial in partnering with other departments to uphold performance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute projects from inception through successful client handover

• Manage control system design across hardware and software

• Oversee subcontractor work for compliance with specifications

• Approve technical documentation like electrical controls drawings

• Coordinate with project leads for resource and timeline management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• 10+ years in control systems design and implementation

• Project management and leadership experience

• Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
