As a Geotechnical Engineer in Training, you will engage in hands-on experiences that provide the foundation for your engineering career. This role requires support in conducting geotechnical investigations and analyzing critical data for safe and sustainable design. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to construction monitoring, ensuring successful project outcomes while gaining valuable insight into the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support field investigations and sampling for geotechnical projects
• Analyze soil and groundwater data for foundation assessments
• Prepare technical reports and summaries for clients
• Collaborate on various engineering projects and solutions
• Monitor construction and conduct geotechnical inspections
Requirements:
• Background in geotechnical engineering through academic or co-op experience
• Familiarity with tools like Geo Studio and AutoCAD
• Eligible for registration as an Engineer-in-Training
• Commitment to safety protocols in the field
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions
