As a Senior Order Engineering Manager, you will convert customer orders into manufacturable designs while promoting continuous improvement. Your leadership will involve guiding a team in meeting customer specifications and cost targets, ensuring all deliverables remain on schedule. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to engineer solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering execution of customer orders from hand-off to production
• Oversee development of accurate electrical designs and calculations
• Identify and resolve technical issues impacting orders
• Interface with Sales for effective hand-offs and clarifications
• Supervise and mentor the order engineering team for professional growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience in engineering
• Proficient with MS Office and CAD software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
