As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable engineering solutions. Your responsibilities include leading a team of engineers and designers, developing client relationships, and managing impactful projects. You will also be responsible for operational excellence and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and manage a growing team of mechanical engineers

• Set project budgets and manage team revenue targets

• Serve as principal liaison for key clients

• Oversee technical quality and delivery of mechanical systems

• Promote innovation in sustainability and energy optimization

Requirements:

• 15+ years of mechanical design experience

• Proven leadership experience with at least 5 direct reports

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in British Columbia

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• LEED AP or Passive House certification preferred
