Nex Health is on the lookout for an Engineering Manager to lead the charge in building foundational platforms. You will set the technical tone for our pioneering Canadian team, fostering a strong engineering culture while focusing on mentorship and career development for your engineers. Collaborating with leadership, you'll play a key role in defining long-term strategies for our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish technical standards for the engineering team
• Develop a world-class engineering workforce
• Support engineers with mentorship and feedback
• Collaborate on product and platform roadmaps
• Drive execution of impactful initiatives across teams
Requirements:
• At least 6 years in an engineering management role
• 8+ years total experience in software engineering
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills
• Experience in scalable infrastructure projects
• Strong decision-making skills based on data
