McMillen, Inc. is on the lookout for a Senior Dam Safety Engineer with over 15 years of expertise in water resources. In this position, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, engage with community stakeholders, and ensure that all changes comply with safety standards. The ideal candidate holds a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license and excels at project management and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage strong client relationships
• Pursue project opportunities and prepare proposals
• Collect and analyze engineering field data
• Collaborate extensively with engineering experts
• Conduct risk assessments and environmental impact studies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering
• Professional Engineer license required
• 15+ years in environmental or civil engineering
• Experience with large-scale environmental projects
• Familiarity with engineering design software like AutoCAD
