At KCB, we are seeking an Intermediate Structural Engineer with 4-6 years of relevant experience. You will work within our Power & Transportation Group on projects focused on dam rehabilitation and new facility designs. This role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams while ensuring project management and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams from design through construction

• Manage projects for timely completion and budget adherence

• Mentor junior staff and support team development

• Write and review technical reports and fee proposals

• Conduct site visits for engineering data collection

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

• 4-6 years of relevant engineering experience

• Professional designation (P. Eng) or eligibility

• Strong experience with SAP 2000, AutoCAD, and Mathcad

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
