WSP is seeking a Senior ICSS & SCADA Engineer to lead complex automation solutions within various sectors including energy and transportation. In this role, you'll work on the design, programming, and commissioning of critical systems and ensure compliance with functional safety standards. Your leadership will facilitate effective teamwork across engineering disciplines and help maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ICSS, SCADA, and BPCS design and implementation

• Champion compliance with IEC 61508 / IEC 61511 standards

• Architect secure OT network designs integrating cybersecurity

• Develop engineering deliverables like control philosophies and drawings

• Oversee commissioning with live system transitions
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Control Systems Engineering

• 10+ years in automation, ICSS, and SCADA roles

• Proven expertise with Schneider Electric, Rockwell, or Siemens

• Strong understanding of alarm management and operational readiness

• P.Eng. designation and functional safety certifications preferred
