As a Marine Structural Engineer at Worley, you'll be responsible for creating detailed designs, project reports, and conducting field investigations for marine terminal infrastructure. This role requires direct liaison with clients, project teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure specifications are met. You will also provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture centered around safety and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed analysis and project deliverables
• Create design criteria and prepare project specifications
• Participate in field investigations during construction
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and review project outputs
Requirements:
• Degree in civil engineering; master’s degree preferred
• Relevant experience in engineering marine structures
• Eligible for Licensed Professional Engineer registration
• Experience working on large scale marine projects
• Strong communication and time management skills
