The position requires 5+ years of Solidworks CAD experience and involves managing projects through their entire lifecycle, from drafting to production with a strong focus on NPI processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical systems and components using Solidworks

• Work closely with cross-functional teams on product initiatives

• Oversee project transitions from design to manufacturing

• Create comprehensive design documentation for contractors

• Integrate electronics into enclosures with specified requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Solidworks CAD proficiency

• Experience in lightweight mechanical and PCB design integration

• Knowledge of DFM/DFA for mass production

• Excellent communication with manufacturing partners

• Familiarity with wearables and soft goods (advantageous)
