Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering activities

• Lead metallurgical engineering to advance stage-gate projects

• Oversee EPCM deliverables and ensure technical robustness

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated project development

• Identify and mitigate metallurgical risks while optimizing project value

Requirements:

• 15 years of experience in metallurgical fields

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering discipline

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred

• Strong understanding of mining operations and environmental performance

• Authorized to work in Canada
