As part of a dedicated team in Burnaby, you will apply your knowledge of maintenance operations and asset management principles. This role requires a Professional Engineer designation and six years of relevant experience. Your skills in Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis will foster continuous improvement in our maintenance practices and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive reliability improvement initiatives across operations
• Conduct workflow analysis to enhance maintenance processes
• Develop metrics for measuring operational performance
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams effectively
• Analyze data to identify trends and propose solutions
Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent field
• 6+ years in a complex operational maintenance role
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling
• Experience in safety-sensitive work environments
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities
Leverage your engineering skills to improve the efficiency of British Columbia Rapid Transit systems and service the Metro Vancouver community.
