As a Senior Drainage Engineer, you'll lead the planning and execution of complex projects, providing your hydrological expertise to enhance water resource systems. Your ability to mentor junior team members will be vital to the growth of future engineering professionals within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead water resource project design and implementation
• Act as a hydrology and hydraulics subject matter expert
• Review and prepare technical documents and reports
• Conduct hydrologic analysis using advanced modeling software
• Lead training and mentorship for junior engineers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
Master’s is a plus
• Valid P.Eng. designation in Canada
• 10-15 years’ experience in municipal infrastructure projects
• Proficient with industry-standard engineering software
• Strong leadership and project management skills
