Mining Infrastructure Structural Engineer

You will join the Energy and Resources team and lead projects in mining infrastructure, performing structural design and analysis in compliance with applicable regulations. Your expertise will facilitate the development of practical, innovative designs while interacting with various disciplines and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structural design and analysis for mining infrastructure

• Create designs using structural analysis software and calculations

• Mentor EITs while enhancing personal growth and knowledge

• Ensure quality control in project deliverables

• Attend meetings with project teams and clients for coordination

Requirements:

• P. Eng. registration required in Canada

• Minimum of 12 years in structural engineering practice

• Familiarity with mining and heavy industrial projects

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Willing to travel for local site assessments
