PAMI is on the hunt for an experienced Lead Engineer with significant expertise in R&D and engineering analysis, holding a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years or a Master's/Ph.D. with 10+ years of experience.
Your role will involve leading engineering projects and conducting thorough testing to ensure compliance and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering and R&D projects with the PM Team
• Create and test prototypes with innovative designs
• Conduct advanced CAD modeling and analysis
• Offer insights for effective decision-making
• Oversee field testing, data collection, and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree plus 15+ years or Master’s/PhD with 10+
• Proficient in CAD/CAE tools with FEA/CFD knowledge
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and instrumentation
• Experience with quality systems and manufacturing processes
• Proven background in experimental setups and test operations
