As a Lead Geotechnical Engineer with over 12 years of experience, you will guide complex projects for public and private sectors. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and resilience through advanced soil-structure interaction studies and foundation solutions. This role focuses on mentoring junior engineers and pushing the boundaries of geotechnical practices with cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead geotechnical design and analysis for major infrastructure
• Deliver advanced foundation engineering solutions
• Collaborate with teams to meet technical objectives
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence
• Drive innovation in geotechnical practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Geological, or Geotechnical Engineering
• 12+ years of consulting experience in geotechnical engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in British Columbia
• Strong client engagement and business development skills
• Valid BC driver’s license
