Lead Civil Engineer Position

Pursue a leading role at Mott Mac Donald as a Civil Engineer in either Vancouver, BC, or Toronto, ON. Spearhead complex infrastructure projects while fostering technical excellence and collaboration.

This full-time, permanent role entails providing robust mentorship to junior engineers and overseeing major infrastructure project developments. You will serve as a key technical leader within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring all designs meet client and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer technical leadership in project design management

• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth

• Review designs for accuracy and coordination

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders throughout projects

• Assist in proposal submissions for new projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering

• Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario or BC

• Over 15 years of infrastructure-related experience

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude

• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation Inroads is a plus
