Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Vancouver environmental group and its projects
• Mentor technical professionals and grow junior staff
• Ensure quality management and client satisfaction
• Participate in strategic growth and business planning
• Engage with clients and lead proposal efforts
Requirements:
• Degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field
• 15+ years in environmental consulting
• Leadership experience with project management skills
• Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng.) preferred
• Strong communication and business development experience
