In this key role, you’ll oversee the Constructability Program throughout the Detailed Engineering phase. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams and ensuring all engineering designs align with construction strategies. Your emphasis on safety and efficiencies will be vital as you develop actionable plans and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Project Constructability Plan effectively

• Facilitate constructability reviews and workshops

• Ensure timely engineering deliverables for procurement

• Track and report on construction improvement opportunities

• Integrate lessons learned from previous projects

Requirements:

• 4-year engineering degree and 14 years relevant experience

• Experience with major mining projects

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Knowledge of construction safety practices

• Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary teams
