Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of bioreactor scaling strategies
• Collaborate with teams for technical process integration
• Engage in risk assessments and process validations
• Support manufacturing qualification and clinical phases
• Identify opportunities for yield improvements
Requirements:
• M.S. or BSc. in a life science or engineering field
• Experience in cell therapy or biologics manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory practices
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with experimental design methodologies
