Key Responsibilities:

• Lead scale-up and technology transfer from R&D to operations

• Own and review key engineering deliverables and documentation

• Collaborate with vendors, integrators, and external partners

• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up

• Mentor engineers while managing technical challenges

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering

• Minimum of 10 years in a process-heavy environment

• Experience in chemicals, petrochemicals, and related industries

• Strong commissioning and operational readiness skills

• Eligible for P.Eng. registration in British Columbia
