As the BRT Lead, you will be part of Stantec’s Transportation Leadership Team, guiding a team of experts in transit and rail. You’ll oversee project delivery from conception to implementation while ensuring alignment with client goals and best practices.
Your role will entail maintaining robust relationships with stakeholders, both public and private, while mentoring the next generation of transportation professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead BRT project delivery across all phases
• Serve as a senior technical advisor for corridor design
• Provide oversight for multidisciplinary project teams
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagements
• Establish BRT best practices and design standards
Requirements:
• 15+ years in BRT or complex transit projects
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer in BC
• Familiarity with North American BRT standards
