Senior Flood and Dam Safety Engineer

McMillen, Inc. is in search of a Senior Engineer, proficient in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, to support dam and hydropower initiatives. With over 15 years of experience, you will be instrumental in managing project scopes and executing detailed analyses. Candidates must possess a P.Eng license and have a robust background in water resource management and civil design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client relationships

• Identify and bid on project opportunities

• Monitor project phases and control changes

• Perform hydraulic analyses for dam safety

• Prepare documentation for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil or Water Resources preferred

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) required

• Minimum of 15 years in relevant engineering

• Background in large-scale environmental projects

• Familiarity with engineering design and modeling tools
