Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular maintenance inspections on systems
• Manage the lifecycle of work orders with accurate records
• Enhance building tenant satisfaction through quality support
• Monitor systems to ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Assist in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs
Requirements:
• High school diploma plus trades certification
• 3 years of experience in HVAC or related fields
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental practices
• Effective communication and mentoring capability
• ABSA Power Engineer – 4th Class certification
