Partner is searching for a Building Condition Assessor with a strong background in engineering consulting and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate the condition of commercial and industrial facilities
• Conduct field inspections and site visits
• Prepare technical reports for client review

• Recommend solutions based on assessment findings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years of experience in inspections
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tools
• Must travel and have a valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills in English
