This full-time role requires a proactive leader to optimize manufacturing processes and oversee engineering projects involving Circuit Card Assemblies. Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the Manufacturing Engineering team's initiatives
• Coordinate multiple engineering projects to achieve deadlines
• Analyze KPI data to identify process improvements
• Provide hands-on technical support during manufacturing
• Design and implement state-of-the-art manufacturing systems
Requirements:
• Engineering or related field degree is essential
• 10+ years of experience, at least 3 in engineering management
• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills
• Solid background in aerospace, defense, or medical manufacturing
• Comprehension of relevant compliance standards including IPC
