Water Management Engineer at Blackwater Mine

Elevate your engineering career with Artemis Gold as a Water Management Engineer at the Blackwater Mine site. Focus on innovative water management systems in a structured two weeks on, two weeks off rotation.

Reporting to the Superintendent of Water Management, you will leverage your expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, and water systems to support safe operations. Your responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and optimizing water treatment and infrastructure across the site, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote safety and compliance within water management programs

• Lead the construction and optimization of water management systems

• Analyze hydrological data for effective operational planning

• Develop water balance models and conduct related analyses

• Prepare civil and mechanical designs for water infrastructure

Requirements:

• Professional Engineer licensed in Canada, eligible for EGBC

• Bachelor’s in Water Resources, Civil, or Environmental Engineering

• 3-5 years experience in mine water management

• Proficiency in modeling software like Gold Sim and AutoCAD

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence required
