Your primary duties will involve creating high-quality fabrication models in Revit and conducting clash detections with Navisworks Manage. The position requires active support for project managers, assisting in model coordination and ensuring adherence to building regulations. You will be a key player in commercial and industrial developments across Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain fabrication-ready models in Revit

• Use Navisworks Manage for model coordination

• Provide construction documentation and drawings

• Assist with compliance and constructibility reviews

• Conduct model-based quantity takeoffs for estimates

Requirements:

• Expert in Revit for MEP projects

• Strong skills in Navisworks for clash detection

• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection

• Familiar with fabrication methods and workflows
