CIMA+ is on the hunt for a skilled P&C Technologist possessing a minimum of 5 years in drafting and engineering projects.
Your role will involve collaborating on advanced CAD designs while supervising junior team members. This includes creating layouts, identifying design clashes, and applying problem-solving skills to deliver effective engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and refine detailed CAD drawings for Protection and Control systems
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining strict deadlines
• Produce clear drawings and documents for client review
• Assist in identifying and resolving design-related issues
• Engage in site visits to ensure project integrity
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in CAD Technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years of drafting experience in related fields
• Expertise in AutoCAD and familiarity with Substation Design Suite
• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
• Knowledge of safety design codes in P&C
