As part of the Energy & Resources team at CIMA+, you will engage in the preparation and development of engineering designs, reports, and calculations for electrical projects. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to implement sustainable practices while benefiting from CIMA+’s commitment to employee development and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings for substations and generation sites
• Collaborate with CADD Technicians to produce project-specific drawings
• Conduct design calculations, including cable sizing and AC/DC systems
• Participate in site visits to monitor project progress
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Engineer In Training (EIT) certification essential
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or related design tools preferred
• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented
